You will master the skills to effectively apply the information and communication technologies (ICT) considering its psychological and ethical aspects.


You will make wise decisions based on a biblical worldview, and you will be able to develop and lead innovative proposals methodologically supported, for the development of education and society. You will develop and creatively implement teaching strategies and learning activities as well as create evaluation strategies, among other resources for your education.

You will generate innovative proposals for the development of education, by initiating actions of curricular intervention to solve real issues in education. Furthermore, you will design and implement strategies of curricular evaluation in different levels and contexts.

You will design intervention strategies with technological tools for online education, to meet an educational problem. You will be capable of developing innovative online learning environments and lead classroom projects for educational change.

You will be able to interact in the educational environment by making use of various technological resources and creating innovative learning environments. You will design intervention strategies resorting to technological tools to address difficulties in the classroom.

You will manage teachers tutoring based on pedagogical leadership principles of educational psychology, and Christian education philosophy. You will design entrepreneurial and sustainable service projects applied to various educational contexts to promote holistic wellbeing with a missionary view.

You will apply learning strategies according to the discipline and educational level with a psychological basis to achieve the educational purposes, systematically recovering in writing the learning experiences through research-action for metacognitive development, intentionally spreading through tutoring the virtues of a teacher committed to serving, the quality, and excellence for the integral training of the student.

You will learn to plan, design, implement and evaluate processes, actions, and academic programs according to the specific needs of the institution in which you serve.

You will manage strategic processes in educational institutions of different levels, which contribute to the development of the institution, leading strategic projects for responsible decision-making in educational management.

You will find a solution to educational problems in the context in which you work using technological tools that facilitate the different learning processes.

With this doctorate, you will be a professional committed to research, curricular design and strategic processes of educational institutions to favor learning environments in an educational context.
